I paid for 220 ah battery’s received 100 ah battery’s than they refuse to do anything about it 10-10 do not recommend!!

Ian outfitted a 30 ft marketing trailer for us with a 20kwh lithium battery system and solar kit, his work and professionalism is top notch. The end result was a product that was very well executed and thought out, plus he kept to his promised schedule which was very important for us. Working with Ian was a joy as well, he was always available and willing to answer our questions, which is greatly appreciated when dealing with something like this. Boundless is a top tier solar provider. They are very professional in all aspects of their service. They were very through and the install was clean and well thought out. I believe, I received a very high output system at a great price. Ian, the owner, made the process easy. Our solar package includes (6) 200 watt Renogy solar panels, (6) Battleborn 100 amp-hour Lithium batteries and Victron controllers. We have been using our system for 18 months and are very satisfied with the system.

We sought out Ian at Boundless Power Systems after a web search returned BPS as a likely candidate for the solution we were pursuing. The solution we wanted was a robust lithium system for a Winnebago Travato 59K. Our primary objective was to power the air conditioner or Truma electric heat all night, enabling us to comfortably stay basically anywhere overnight as we travelled.Because space is so limited in a class B and our system requirement inevitably so space intensive, it took some iterations to conclude that no batteries of the capacity required were currently available to be located under the Travato where the AGM batteries and generator were factory located. After some thought, a rather easy decision was made to remove the microwave and locate the batteries there. We rarely used the microwave and now carry a very small induction cooktop. Both drawers were retained with the larger being relocated just under the counter (which is ergonomically better anyway). All four 330Ah batteries and related electronics as well as the solar controller were located there. They made a custom latch-on door that matched the Travato cabinet decor perfectly. The 3000 watt MultiPlus inverter was located where the factory 1000 watt inverter was mounted, under the driver side bed. The Nations second alternator, for most rapid charging, was tucked under the van in the hood area. Looking in the van, you cannot see any components except for the touchscreen located in the space of the old solar controller panel. The main features of the touchscreen are also available via apps across wifi or Bluetooth.In addition to providing air conditioning or heating all night (both are confirmed), the Cummins generator was retained and equipped to auto start on low battery condition or several other adjustable parameters. All weight changes were computed and left plenty of headroom for the other things we haul, including two electric bikes occasionally. All in all, we now have an extremely powerful off grid solution to travel without concern the way we desire. Also, we have a dog and this system, coupled with a temperature monitoring system we already had, gives great peace of mind when leaving him when we make stops to eat, etc.We could not be more pleased with the solution, the installation and the communication by Ian and his team. First rate in every way and highly recommended.
